Dr. Geoffery A. O’Neill, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist with over 17 years of clinical experience specializing in advanced pharmacology, physiologic monitoring, and precision-based care. He earned his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and completed his anesthesiology residency at UCLA Health, programs widely regarded for their rigor and national standing. In 2009, following residency, Dr. O’Neill joined the anesthesia group at Providence St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, where he continues to maintain clinical privileges. During his tenure, he has held leadership roles including Chief of Thoracic Anesthesia and Chief of Spine Anesthesia. Over the course of his career, he has administered tens of thousands of anesthetics, developing deep expertise in medication titration, hemodynamic management, and patient safety. His transition into ketamine therapy was a natural extension of this background.
